I remember learning in college that psychologists study facial expressions from babies because its 100% natural; when adults do pouty face it’s intentional.
This is our baby’s pouty face when he was about to cry after waking up from a nap. He ends up smiling cause he sees his beloved mama.
- Hold your baby like a football while supporting the neck
- Tilt the head slightly to avoid shampoo from getting into the eyes
- Be calm and gentle while massaging the head
- Have a bucket for clean water and another bucket for dirty water (or do over the sink)
